Coastal Bathroom Set, Towel Rail and Toilet Paper Holder.

Nautical Bathroom Set 

This coastal style bathroom set consists of a towel rail and Toilet Roll roll holder. 

Both are made from marine 16 mm poly hemp rope (Hempex).

Each is created from Manrope knots, which used to be used on sailing ships as handhelds, although these are only designed to be for towels and toilet paper!

Towel Rail

This rail can be used horizontally straight or as a loop depending where you fix the brackets.

Toilet Rail Holder

We have found that the roll stays more central if the the rail fixings are about 18 cm ( 7 inches) between the  bases.

The join is under the roll tube, there is a stainless hook and ring. To renew the roll, push the empty tube to one side and unhook the ropes. Then replace the new roll by putting to one side and hooking together the ropes again.

If you are right handed, it easier to put the hook to the right side and for a leftie to the the left.

Total length 55 cm

The rope diameter is 16mm, and the brackets are non ferrous chromed metal and are 64mm (2.5 inches) high. 

The clearances between rope and wall will be about 38 mm ( 1.5 inches) at the brackets.

Screws are not provided as different surfaces need different fixings.
