Nautical Rope Light Pull

This rope light pull would look great in any coastal style bathroom. 

The neutral colour complements most other styles too. 

We have tied a monkey fist knot at one end and an eye splice at the other, both used by sailors for centuries. We have created this light pull from 4 mm Hempex, a modern alternative to natural ropes. It is used on traditional boats today as it is strong and rot proof. 

The spliced eye is a neat way of finishing the end and also it is easy to tie the original light cord to. This rope is too thick to fix into a light switch. 

In the past the monkey fist knot was added to the end of a line, so when thrown it would be more accurate and go farther.
